"I really like using this app with…"
I really like using this app with my Bowflex. Most of the time it connects super fast, which feels like a tiny miracle when I’m ready to work out and not mess with tech stuff. Every once in a while though, it randomly drops the connection and I have to restart it, which makes me want to dramatically collapse onto the floor for a minute. But overall, it’s been solid and I still enjoy using it.

"The Bowflex site was easy..."
The Bowflex site was easy to use overall, but I do wish the sale details were more "upfront." The discounts looked great at first, but then some extra costs and conditions showed up later in the process. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit "confusing." I still ended up ordering, but I felt like I had to double-check everything before checking out

"Decent workouts, just takes awhile"
The workouts are good overall, and I do feel like they’re helping a bit. Just don’t expect super fast results, because progress has been kinda slow for me. Still, it’s easy enough to stick with and I’m gonna keep at it for now.

"big name, but the trust feels a little shaky"
i was checking out Bowflex because it’s such a recognizable name, and i figured that would make me feel more confident. but once i started reading around, the reviews felt all over the place, and a few people mentioned problems with customer support, which definitely made me hesitate.
the equipment might be totally fine, but at that price, i expected to see a stronger overall reputation online. personally, i’d take some time to read the most recent reviews before ordering.

"Works okay, but still feels bulky"
I got this hoping it would save some space in my small room, but it still feels kind of bulky. Folding it up helps a little, but not as much as I expected. It works fine overall, there’s just something about it that still makes the room feel a bit crowded. Probably better if you have a little extra space to work with.

I ordered the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells from bowflex they’ve been a really solid purchase. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so having something simple and easy to use at home has made it a lot easier to actually get a workout in. Changing the weight is quick, and they don’t feel cheap or shaky at all. I also really like not having a whole rack of dumbbells taking up space in my room. Shipping was fine, and setup was basically nonexistent. I use them a few times a week and they do exactly what I needed. Really happy with them overall — 5 stars from me.

"Found the Bowflex cable I needed"
I needed a replacement cable for my Bowflex and, for some reason, I was already preparing myself for it to be a whole annoying search. You know when you expect a simple part to be impossible to track down? Anyway, the site actually had it listed, which was a relief, and checkout was straightforward. Shipping wasn’t exactly quick, but it did arrive in good shape and, more importantly, it fit like it was supposed to. I do wish some of the parts had a bit more detail or info listed, because I kept second-guessing myself before ordering, but overall it worked out well

"Financing was fine, just a little unclear"
I bought from bowflex and ended up using the installment option. It definitely made the total price feel a lot more manageable, so I appreciated that. The approval process was quick too, which was nice.
That said, I wish the payment details and any possible fees had been laid out a little more clearly before checkout. I had to click around and reread things a few times to feel sure about what I was agreeing to, if that makes sense. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just average.

"Solid set, but the support experience left me feeling brushed off"
I bought this Bowflex set a few months ago and, for the most part, I’m happy with it. The frame feels sturdy and it doesn’t have that cheap, wobbly feel when I’m using it. A few of the plastic pieces could definitely be better, though, and one of the covers didn’t line up quite right. It hasn’t really affected my workouts, but when I tried to bring it up, I felt a little dismissed, like it wasn’t worth anyone’s time. Overall, it’s a good set for the price, just not quite a 5-star experience for me

"Comfort is fine, but I don’t fully trust it anymore"
The comfort is okay overall, nothing amazing but not terrible either. The problem is that after using it for a while, I’ve kind of lost trust in it. I expected it to feel more reliable, and now I’m always second-guessing whether it was really worth it.

"My Bowflex started making this loud grinding…"
My Bowflex started making this loud grinding noise while it was still under warranty, so I sent them the videos, receipt, serial number, basically everything they asked for. Then I just sat around waiting with no real update. When I finally got someone to respond, they says the parts were backordered and that I’d still have to pay for labor. the warranty feel useless if nobody is actually going to fix the thing

"Still Waiting on My Refund..."
I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund... Customer support keeps telling me they’re looking into it, but nothing ever seems to change. It’s really frustrating having to keep chasing them just to get my own money back. I wouldn’t order from them again
