Bowflex rusts more than an East German Wartburg when used 3 times a week. After just over a year of use, all screws and nuts are completely rusted. It will be "a no thank you" from here to any Bowflex products in the future.

The single worst company and customer service in the world. I took off a day of work and THEY delivered the wrong treadmill, a nicer treadmill than what I ordered. The treadmill was already assembled and then 3 days later they call/email/text insisting for the the treadmill back. So now, I have to take off another days work and sit with the disassembly company for them to get the treadmill back. Any normal company that cares about customer service at all would have taken the loss on themself instead of me the customer having to take the loss of taking two days off work just to fix the problem they were responsible for.

Rubbish product that broke within a month, what a waste of over £2540. Poor and non existence after from Fitness Superstore who are dreadful and should not be trading! Awful!! DO NOT BUY OR TOUCH EITHER OF THEM!!!!!

Dreadful experience

I bought a Bowmax max trainer 40 four weeks ago and have only used it for less than three weeks before the resistance broke.

Appalling customer service and warranty.

Huge regrets at spending my money.

Sadly, We've had nothing but problems with Bowflex company since we got our Bowflex treadmill 10 in December 2022. The first treadmill that arrived fell off the semi truck during delivery! We received a 2nd treadmill weeks later and it already hasn't worked for 3 weeks now!! I have contacted CS several times with long wait times with no help getting scheduled for repairs. I finally got the repair company's # and called them. "Go Configure Repair" has since called 3 times in 3 weeks each time saying they will call back to schedule an appointment yet nothing is scheduled! Completely ridiculous!
It's terrible that Bowflex 1. doesn't stand behind brand NEW equipment, 2. Doesn't have customer service that actually fixes issues after long wait times and 3. doesn't have a reputable repair company. You can't just keep saying you apologize for the inconvenience but not fix the problem. We should not have issues with a 2 month old treadmill. what a waste of time! Returning treadmill and looking for a new one with a new company!
Nothing has changed since I wrote the review, in fact Go configure repair has called 4 times in 1 week to ask me when I'm available to pick up treadmill yet they haven't actually scheduled anything! I don't understand how they are in business. I asked Bowflex for assistance with them and was told they have escalated my request yet also Haven't done anything to resolve their brand new broken treadmill.

They are the greatest company to deal with when it comes to customer service. They are helpful and sweet. Will forever buy their products. Our deck broke after 3 years of hundreds of miles put on it and we fell outside of warranty by a few days. They gave us a discount to get us the best price;)

We purchased the Bowflex10 on 02.17.2021. We used the treadmill only during bad weather, so over last 2 years maybe 50 times at about 1/2-1 hour each time. The touchscreen had a critical failure three weeks ago. Our options are to pay over $1,000 to replace or to throw it out. Bowflex only covers this part for 1 year. This equipment and company are not to be trusted. Do Not Purchase.

I ordered a part and paid 11 days ago. the part is in stock but. they didn't even mailed yet.

Your equipment is all and absolute junk! Please do the lifting community & go out of business. You tried so hard to convert to interchangeable dunmbells & ellipticall machines when your so called bow machines failed, miserably; even then your ellipticals are a catastrophic failure. Go under, you overpriced waste of gym space!!!!

Bought M9 Trainer. 7 months ago.Like everyone else. PAD REBOOTS 30%OF THE TIME. Can't even watch apps while working out. Got the Runaround ass Tech Support with them saying they are working the issue still no solved problem with the pad. Should've kept my M5 instead of this Piece of crap device. DO NOT BUY. This will be my last time owning any Bowflex products. Going back to walking and running for cardio

bike does not work, customer service is at least a 2 hour wait or 2 day callback. Trying to return the bike

Bought a treadmill 2 years ago, already malfunctions, horrid customer service...

Bowflex reviews are paid advertisements and there is no where to leave an honest review. I purchased the C6 and couldn't be more disatisfied. The box looks like it fell off a cliff upon arrival. Everything inside looked like it had thrown back together so I'm confident it's been tested. For the money you spend for delivery and setup install I regret not getting a pelotan. You need a forklift to lift it, don't make the mistake I and others did and based on their customer service your stuck with this scrap metal.

Bought a Bowflex T10 treadmill as a Christmas gift to myself and after about ten uses it quit working. Long story short after 3 months and multiple parts replaced I’m still waiting on a technician to replace the motor. I would never recommend anyone purchase from Bowflex unless you want a $2000 piece of junk like I have.

Horrible experience, they set up dates and times for delivery 3 separate days and never showed up or called! Do your self a favor and buy a different brand!!
